Brad Barber is the Executive Director at The Tesla Academy.  Brad is a native to South Orange County who attended Crown Valley Elementary, Niguel Hills and Dana Hills High School.  He worked his way through college and started a successful business his senior year at BYU where he earned his BA in Economics.  After selling his company in 2006, Brad turned his sights on improving education. 

Mr. Barber was a founding teacher at the innovative early college high school The Nova Academy.  The Nova Academy is an Early College High School and was recognized by U.S. News and World Report as an innovator in education.  Mr. Barber brings research based best practices and real world experience to lead a team of learning coaches that inspire, mentor and teach students to reach their full potential.
